Scoring Matrix
Boxes marked Auto are filled from PULSE and update on their own. Type over any of them to override, and clear the box to hand it back to PULSE. Everything else is typed, and the row says why.
Weekly Log
Logging a week freezes its totals for quarterly settlement, so a later correction to a timesheet or a JSA no longer moves it. Logging the same week again overwrites it.

Every automatic figure on this page comes from PULSE Cloud. Nothing reads Monday. Where a form has not moved into PULSE yet the pillar is typed and says so, rather than showing a zero that would read as a failing supervisor.
Projects Completed This Quarter
Enter only controllable lines: labour efficiency, rework, consumables and avoidable standby. Leave out pass-through logistics and change-order scope.
