What This List Does
Every entry here is a standard task step a crew can pick in §4 instead of typing six fields. Picking one pre-fills the hazard, mechanism code, control, hierarchy-of-control level and residual risk, and the crew then edits it for today — the pre-fill is a starting point, never the filed answer.
Editing an entry never changes a JSA that has already been filed against it. A crew signed for the words that were on their screen that morning. Your edit changes the standard for the next crew only.
Retiring an entry takes it out of the picker and leaves it readable on every JSA that used it. Nothing on this page deletes anything.
